When does my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time

1–2 business days from the time your order is confirmed and payment is verified.

Order Cut-off

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically processed the same business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


How long will delivery take?

We ship to every country worldwide, always free of charge. Delivery times vary slightly by region but we aim to get your order to you within 9–11 business days from dispatch.

Are there any extra charges?

Heatora Relief ships worldwide and we cover all shipping costs — you will never be charged for postage. However, depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your local government upon arrival.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of any potential charges before placing your order.

US Customers

Most orders fall below the US de minimis threshold and are not subject to import duties.

UK & EU Customers

Orders may be subject to VAT or import fees depending on the declared value and local regulations.

All Other Countries

Local customs rules apply. Any duties or taxes owed on delivery are the buyer's responsibility.


Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — and if it's still missing, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Tracking tip: International tracking updates can sometimes pause for a few days while your package is in transit between countries. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost. It will resume once it clears customs in your country.


Something went wrong?

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery window, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate with the carrier and work to make it right — whether that means a replacement shipment or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind every order we send.
